Gracey Southwell has more than 27 years of dedicated service in a variety of areas within MTT and Aliant. Her current role is Director Customer Service Support and Development, with prime responsibility to direct several multi-year, multi-million dollar projects to significantly improve Aliant’s customer experience. Ms. Southwell holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary’s University and has earned the CMA designation. In addition to her volunteer work with Voluntary Planning, Ms. Southwell is a member of the Board of Trustees, QE2 Foundation in Halifax. She has served on several boards in the past, such as Halifax Chamber of Commerce, Board of Governors Saint Mary’s University, United Way of Halifax and Help Line Society. In her free time, Ms. Southwell enjoys gardening, golf and reading. She and her husband, Rustum, live in Bedford and have two young adult sons.
